4.1 Elements Belonging to Technological Fox
All original elements composing the Website constitute a work of the mind protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international conventions. These elements are the exclusive and full property of Lysandre LABORDE operating under the trade name Technological Fox, including without limitation:
- the overall structure of the Website, its architecture, ergonomics and navigation;
- the design and art direction of the Website, including its graphic charter, color palettes, typography, visual compositions and layout effects;
- the animation and interaction style of the Website, including animated slideshow transitions, scrolling effects, dynamic visual effects and any creative combination of interactive elements specific to the Website;
- the texts, taglines, slogans and editorial content written for the Website;
- the photographs, videos, illustrations and montages produced by or for Technological Fox;
- the logos, figurative marks and distinctive signs "Tech Fox", "Tech Fox Studios", "Tech Fox Solutions" and "Tech Fox Formations";
- the source code, stylesheets (CSS), scripts and all computer code specifically developed for the Website.
All of these elements, taken individually or in combination, constitute an original creation whose reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, transformation, distribution, commercial exploitation or reuse, in whole or in part, by any means, on any medium and in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Lysandre LABORDE.

Technological Fox disclaims all liability:
