This data is collected only when you voluntarily fill out and submit the form. No data is collected passively or invisibly through this form.
2.2 Data Not Collected
The Website:
- does not place any tracking, analytics, advertising targeting or profiling cookies;
- does not integrate any audience measurement tools (neither Google Analytics, nor Matomo, nor any equivalent);
- does not integrate any third-party trackers, conversion pixels, SDKs or social network tags;
- does not integrate any third-party resources likely to place cookies (no embedded videos, no remote fonts via CDN, no third-party maps or widgets).
2.3 Technical Data Collected by the Hosting Provider
The hosting provider of the Website (Netlify, Inc.) may automatically collect certain technical data in the normal operation of its servers (IP address, browser type, connection date and time, pages viewed). This processing falls under Netlify's own responsibility, in accordance with its privacy policy: https://www.netlify.com/privacy/. Technological Fox does not access this data and exercises no control over its collection.

No automated data processing, including profiling, is carried out.
4. Data Recipients
Your personal data is processed solely by Lysandre LABORDE within the framework of Technological Fox's activities.
Your data is never sold, rented, exchanged, transferred or made available to third parties for commercial, advertising, prospecting or profiling purposes.
The only third parties who may have technical access are:
- Netlify, Inc. (Website hosting provider) — strictly to the extent necessary for technical operation
- OVH SAS (email service provider) — strictly to the extent necessary for email delivery
- Competent judicial or administrative authorities, only upon formal request in accordance with the law
No additional subcontractors are involved in the processing of your data.

Upon expiration of these periods, data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

8. Data Transfers Outside the European Union
The Website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company incorporated under US law. Technical data passing through Netlify's servers may be transferred to the United States. This transfer is governed by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), a mechanism recognized by the European Commission (adequacy decision of July 10, 2023).

Should the DPF legal framework be invalidated, Technological Fox undertakes to implement the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures).
9. Cookies and Trackers
9.1 Current Situation
The Website does not use any audience measurement cookies, advertising cookies, targeting cookies or third-party trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary for the technical operation of the hosting provider may be placed without prior consent, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidelines.
In the absence of any non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required or displayed.
9.2 Commitment in Case of Changes
Should audience measurement tools, third-party integrations (embedded videos, remote fonts, social widgets) or any other tracking mechanism be added, this policy will be updated beforehand and a consent mechanism compliant with CNIL recommendations will be deployed before any non-essential cookies are placed.
10. Data Security
Technological Fox implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, including:
- encryption of communications via HTTPS / TLS protocol;
- hosting with a certified professional provider (Netlify);
- data access strictly limited to the data controller;
- no storage of sensitive data (no passwords, no banking data, no health data).
In the event of a personal data breach likely to pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, Technological Fox undertakes to notify the CNIL within 72 hours in accordance with Article 33 of the GDPR, and to inform you as soon as possible if the risk is high (Article 34 of the GDPR).
11. Minors
The Website is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. No personal data of minors is knowingly collected. If a parent or legal guardian discovers that their child has transmitted personal data to us, they may contact us at contact@techfox.fr to request immediate deletion.
12. Amendments to This Policy
This policy may be amended at any time to comply with legal, regulatory, case law or technical developments. The date of last update appears at the top of this page. In the event of substantial changes, information will be displayed on the Website.
